1. The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of its purchase.

2. The validity date of vouchers will not be extended.

3. It is possible to pass the voucher to another person than it is wrote originally on it.

4. The Purchaser is obliged to pay for the Voucher in the amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher.

5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

6. The purchased Voucher is non-refundable.

7. The voucher can be used once without the possibility of dividing.

8. The studio is not responsible for the lost or damaged Voucher after it was handed over to the buyer.

9. The User is obliged to pay the price difference, when the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the presented Voucher.

10. The Studio has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when its expiry date has expired or if the Voucher is damaged and  it is impossible to read the date placed on the Voucher.

11. The Purchaser / User purchasing  the Voucher, declares that has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its content in full and undertakes to comply with its provisions.

12. Failure to arrive on the specified date or failure to notify about the resignation at least 7 working days before the date of the tattoo is tantamount to the loss of the advance payment, in this case, the amount of regular deposit (20.000 isk).

13. These regulations are deemed accepted by the Purchaser of the Voucher at the moment of making the payment.
